Who we are
We are an established group, experienced in offering Mind & Life Coaching, NLP Coaching and Cognitive Re-alignment Therapy, as well as Reiki Healings and Meditation.
Across our practice, it is not just qualification and training that we bring to our clients, but the combined experience of overcoming a lifetime of challenges including manic depression, high stress corporate pressures, nervous breakdown, family struggles, divorce, child custody battles, financial problems and bad life choices, but this is not what ultimately defines us unless we let it.
We find that actually having sat on 'the other side of the table' gives us a deeper insight into what our clients are actually experiencing, and this provides a level of trust and confidence in us that increases the benefits we can bring.
We also provide Executive & Corporate Proactive Mental Health Education and Coaching through our Sister Organisation the N Cubed Group, where we teach about how your brain works, how to optimise its performance and resilience, and how to prevent workplace burnout taking you down a path to poor mental health and eventually mental illness. Life, Mind and NLP Coaching:
A life coach encourages and counsels on a range of professional and personal issues and is typically engaged to help you with specific professional projects, personal goals and transitions.
They help you understand the steps you might need to undertake to reach your goals, and work with you to set milestones which keep you headed in your chosen direction.
INCLUDING CBT AND ANGER AND AGGRESSION MANAGEMENT
We often find it helpful to talk problems through with a friend or family member, but sometimes friends and family cannot help us and we need to talk to a professional therapist.
Talking therapies involve talking to someone who is trained to help you deal with your negative feelings. They can help anyone who is experiencing distress. You do not have to be told by a doctor that you have a mental health problem to be offered or benefit from a talking therapy.
A non-invasive complementary therapy that has been taught and used in the UK since the late 1900s, but Eastern medicine has, for thousands of years, worked with this energy, recognising its flow through all living things.
Reiki supports orthodox medicine or can be used alone, but is not a replacement for traditional medication or treatments. It is not based on any belief, faith or suggestion, yet, scientific research using quantum physics is starting to help us to understand how Reiki healing may work to benefit the individual.
We practice Traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho Healing, with over 80 individual hand placement sets, targeting specific issues or ailments.
Meditation is a mental exercise that involves relaxation, focus, and awareness. Meditation is to the mind what physical exercise is to the body.
Originally, the word “meditate” actually means to think deeply about something. However, when eastern contemplative practices were “imported” to Western culture, this is the term that was used to define them, for lack of a better word. Nowadays meditation has more the meaning of this exercise of focusing attention than to reflect deeply.
